No questions really, just a great big thank you for making the "Double Duty Tour" available to your fans and all race fans. ... Are you up to it?
-- Benny Preston
Of course I'm up to it! I live for this kind of thing. I am running on so much energy and will probably be running on sheer adrenaline for part of Sunday. I've been ready for the Double for months and now that both teams are running so well and I know I have a shot at winning the Indy 500 and putting the Cingular Wireless car in Victory Lane, I'm definitely ready for this weekend.

What's it like to be Jeff Gordon's brother? Is it difficult to have a brother who is so well known?
-- Helena Whitley
There is no relation between Jeff Gordon and me. We just happen to share the same last name.
My question is what would happen should you win the Indy 500? With the time it takes to get from Indy to Charlotte, would there be enough time for you to do the Victory Lane celebration at Indy and still be able to make the Coca-Cola 600?
-- Eric Harne
If we have no weather delays at Indy and don't have an extremely large number of caution periods, there is enough time to do the Victory Lane celebration and get to Charlotte in time to start the Coca-Cola 600. We would probably have to cut the Victory Lane celebration short but there's always time to drink the milk.
I am a big fan of yours and look forward to every Sunday to watch you race. Congrats on your awesome run at Richmond and your front-row qualifying spot at Indy. My question is if you win Indy are you still going to make the 600 in Charlotte?

Thanks for the support, Guy. Yes, I am pretty sure that I can still make it to Charlotte in time to start the race in the Cingular Wireless Chevrolet. The Victory Lane celebration might be shorter than usual but if you've got to go, you've got to go.
How do you feel about Steve Park coming on board at RCR? Do you think he will fit into the organization better than Green?
-- Ray McGee
I'm really excited about Steve Park joining Richard Childress Racing and the America Online team. I think Steve has a ton of talent as a race car driver and still has a bright future ahead of him. I think he will slide right into his role at RCR and help strengthen us as a whole. We can teach him a lot of things and he also can show us different things. I think he's a great fit for RCR and I'm looking forward to working with him and getting to know him.
If you were to fulfill your dream of winning the Indy 500, would you continue to return each year to the 500 and attempt to become a multiple Indy 500 champion?
-- Scott McDaniel
I love running the Indy 500, even if I don't win. So, I guess if I were fortunate enough to win the race, I'd definitely keep going back. I grew up loving and respecting Indy and winning there will just magnify that.
