CHECKERED FLAG: Clint Bowyer wins the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire, his first career Nextel Cup victory.

WHITE FLAG: Clint Bowyer has a mile left as Chase drivers dominate the top 10.

Lap 296 -- Clint Bowyer's spotter relays that teammate Kevin Harvick says for Bowyer to slow down and be conservative until the end.

Lap 295 -- Clint Bowyer keeps it smooth with five to go despite talking to his crew about small vibrations off the corner.

Lap 290 -- With 10 laps to go, Clint Bowyer leads Jeff Gordon by 5.680 seconds.

Lap 288 -- The top seven drivers are all Chase participants. Meanwhile, Chase drivers Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton and Kurt Busch are all a lap down.

Lap 284 -- Robby Gordon slows and heads to pit road. Elliott Sadler is also on pit road changing a battery.

Lap 275 -- With 25 laps to go, the top five drivers are all Chase participants.

Lap 267 -- Chaser Jeff Burton is running in 18th.

Lap 263 -- Kurt Busch gives up seventh position to make his final pit stop, dropping to 26th and one lap down.

Lap 261 -- Despite his continuing engine troubles, Kurt Busch is now running in seventh.

Lap 257 -- After green-flag pit stops have cycled through, Clint Bowyer holds a 4.716-second lead.

Lap 254 -- Juan Montoya gives up second position to make his final pit stop.

Lap 253 -- LEAD CHANGE: Clint Bowyer gets the lead back after Dale Earnhardt Jr. makes his pit stop.

Lap 249 -- LEAD CHANGE: Dale Earnhardt Jr. inherits the lead when Reed Sorenson makes his pit stop.

Lap 242 -- David Ragan and Tony Raines are on pit road for their final stops.

Lap 240 -- LEAD CHANGE: Reed Sorenson is the leader as Martin Truex Jr. makes his stop for tires and an air-pressure adjustment.

Lap 239 -- LEAD CHANGE: Martin Truex Jr. is the new leader as Clint Bowyer pulls in to make his pit stop. Small changes for Bowyer. Ryan Newman is also in for his stop.

Lap 238 -- Jeff Burton is in and battling a host of problems, namely that the car won't turn.

Lap 237 -- Jeff Gordon gives up second position to make his pit stop and gets minimal changes. Kevin Harvick is also on pit road for small adjustments.

Lap 236 -- Tony Stewart gives up third position for four tires and slight adjustments on his car. Carl Edwards is also in for a track-bar adjustment.

Lap 235 -- Matt Kenseth begins green-flag pit stops with four tires and fuel in 14.8 seconds.

Lap 230 -- After his green-flag pit stop, Kyle Busch drops from second to 26th.

Lap 228 -- Clint Bowyer puts Kurt Busch a lap down. Busch is running in 24th.

Lap 226 -- Second-place Kyle Busch heads to pit road for a green-flag pit stop for fuel. He gets four tires and fuel in 14.0 seconds. Casey Mears is also in for a stop for gas.

Lap 223 -- Jeff Gordon moves past Tony Stewart for third position.

Lap 218 -- Kyle Busch, who is in second, plans to pit in 10 laps as he is off cycle from many of the leaders.

Lap 217 -- Jeff Gordon has had the fastest car in the last three laps although he continues to run in fourth.
