Lap 370 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 10: David Stremme slams the wall coming off Turn 4. Stremme was sixth and got clipped by Mark Martin, sending him across the pack and into the inside wall, then up the race track. David Reutimann spun to avoid hitting Stremme.

Lap 369 -- GREEN FLAG: Greg Biffle leads the field to green. Fourth place was the first car to take four tires.

Lap 215 -- Second-place Denny Hamlin is battling a loose race car, but he has managed to cut Jimmie Johnson's lead to 3.416 seconds.

Lap 210 -- There are 24 cars on the lead lap. David Ragan is 24th. Martin Truex Jr. is the first car one lap down in 25th.

Lap 200 -- At the halfway point, Jimmie Johnson leads Denny Hamlin by 6.233 seconds.

Lap 195 -- Kyle Busch has fallen to 16th position with his ill-handling car.

Lap 190 -- Reed Sorenson is hanging on in eighth position with his strong run. He fell back during an early pit cycle, but the Lap 117 caution got him back near the front.

Lap 130 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jimmie Johnson takes the lead as the two cars try to put Jamie McMurray a lap down.

Lap 29 -- LEAD CHANGE: Reed Sorenson takes the lead in a three-wide battle for the top spot. Sorenson shot below David Reutimann, and Greg Biffle went below Sorenson. Biffle held the spot on the backstretch, but Sorenson made the pass.

Lap 27 -- After leading early, Juan Montoya has fallen back to 11th position and is struggling with the car's handle.

Lap 24 -- Reed Sorenson has closed to within a car-length of leader David Reutimann.

Lap 20 -- Greg Biffle is on the move and up to third position after passing Kyle Busch. He started fifth and dropped to ninth before making his move.

Lap 41 -- David Gilliland takes his car to the garage.

Lap 39 -- Jimmie Johnson battles for the lead and goes side-by-side below Greg Biffle.

Lap 36 -- LEAD CHANGE: Greg Biffle goes around Elliott Sadler to take the lead. Jimmie Johnson follows.

Lap 35 -- GREEN FLAG: Elliott Sadler leads the field to green.

Lap 33 -- LEAD CHANGE: David Gilliland becomes the leader by staying out. Joe Nemechek and Dave Blaney also stay on track.

Lap 32 -- Cars head down pit road:
• Jimmie Johnson gets a chassis adjustment for a loose car
• Greg Biffle is tight and asks for adjustments and tires
• Reed Sorenson is tight in the center and loose off as he gets tires
• Elliott Sadler gets two tires and gains 17 spots to get out first

Lap 31 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 1: The competition caution is out. NASCAR wants teams to examine tire wear due to an overnight shower that washed rubber off the track.

Lap 29 -- LEAD CHANGE: Reed Sorenson takes the lead in a three-wide battle for the top spot. Sorenson shot below David Reutimann, and Greg Biffle went below Sorenson. Biffle held the spot on the backstretch, but Sorenson made the pass.

Lap 27 -- After leading early, Juan Montoya has fallen back to 11th position and is struggling with the car's handle.

Lap 24 -- Reed Sorenson has closed to within a car-length of leader David Reutimann.

Lap 20 -- Greg Biffle is on the move and up to third position after passing Kyle Busch. He started fifth and dropped to ninth before making his move.

Lap 13 -- Kasey Kahne had dropped to eighth position, getting passed by Carl Edwards. Kahne started the race in second position.

Lap 11 -- Reed Sorenson is strong early, hanging in second position behind leader David Reutimann.

Lap 6 -- LEAD CHANGE: David Reutimann goes back around Juan Montoya to take the lead.

Lap 3 -- LEAD CHANGE: Juan Montoya shoots around David Reutimann on the outside to take the lead.

Lap 1 -- David Reutimann leads the first lap as cars spread out behind him in a battle for second.

2:17 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: David Reutimann gets the Autism Speaks 400 under way from Dover International Speedway.

2:13 p.m. -- Cars roll onto the concrete racing surface.

2:08 p.m. -- Larry Oliveri, grand marshal, delivers the command on behalf of all people touched by autism: "Gentlemen, start your engines!"

2:01 p.m. -- Sarah Darling sings the national anthem.

2 p.m. -- Rev. Dan Schafer delivers the invocation.

1:33 p.m. -- NASCAR will hold a competition caution on Lap 30 as teams keep an eye on tire wear.

1:30 p.m. ET -- FOX's pre-race coverage of the Autism Speaks 400 at Dover International Speedway is under way.
